Shorewood Bests Viks Inglemoor visited highly touted Shorewood Saturday afternoon in a non conference matchup. The game opened to form with one of Shorewood's "Top Guns' on the bump facing the Vikings Dustin Doucette who threw 2 scoreless innings. The game stayed knotted at 0-0 through 4 until a couple costly 2 out errors coupled with a walk and timely hits plated 3 runs for Shorewood. Senior Alex Morrow relieved Sean Howard and through 2 shut out innings. Inglemoor was unable to handle the Shorewood pitching all day. Although many opportunities to score runs presented themselves for Inglemoor, Shorewood pitchers bowed up and won every critical battle when Viking runners were in scoring position. Shorewood won 3-0.
